Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and only on our instructions:
- Shopify: e-commerce platform
- Klaviyo: email
- Lovable: website hosting
- Microsoft 365: email inbox
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of our providers may process data outside the EU/EEA:
- Shopify (Shopify International Ltd, Ireland) may transfer data to Canada, which has an EU Commission adequacy decision, and to other countries under the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Klaviyo (Klaviyo, Inc., USA) is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Its data processing agreement also includes the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Lovable (Sweden) and its hosting providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) stores our email data within the EU under its EU Data Boundary. Any limited transfers to the US are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can request a copy of these safeguards by contacting us.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for example by using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects for you.
Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change affects how we use data you have consented to, we will inform you and ask for your consent again where required.
